CFCC hosted the Iain Longbotham Memorial / SC North Championship 25tt on Sunday 11th Aug. 37 rider took to the course on the A9 on a lovely bright morning with just a slight headwind out to the turn to start with.

Sam Glover of Elgin CC won the Iain Longbotham Memorial Trophy in a time of 52:39mins, with Mark Walker Deeside Thistle in second with a time of 53:58mins and Gavin Dempster Torvello Racing in third in 54.28mins.

Lorna Breetzke of Elgin CC took first lady in a time of 59:44, with Alison Roger North Argyle CC was second in 1:00:56 and Susan Boe East Sutherland Wheelers in third with a time of 1:09:03.

Gillies Grant of Forres CC was first junior in 1:01:45.

First Vet Standard went to Stewart Mitchell of Deeside Thistle.
