Ian Black  (Sandy Wallace Cycles) won the Scottish 100tt Championship by 4 sec, over Carlos Riise (Shetland Wheelers).   Riders had to face a strong headwind when riding down to the turn at Ardullie roundabout and along the shore road through Invergordon.
