10 tt Course

Start at the Delny Muir road end on the A9, head north past Kildary and onto the turn at Nigg roundabout, then head back south past Kildary again and onto the finish just up the hill past the Barbraville junction .

25 tt Course

Start from the layby on the southbound carriageway south of Kildary ,head south past Invergordon and Alness and out to the turn at Ardullie roundabout ,then retrace the route north past Alness and Tomich and onto the finish about 1 mile short of the start.

50tt Course

Start at mark on road just north of Balintrad on the B817 and head north to Kildary where you turn left onto the A9 and continu north to Cullrosie roundabout. Take the first exit and continue north on the A9 past Tain and onto the Dornoch Bridge roundabout. Take the third exit here and head south along the a9 past Tain and Kildary and continue on past Alness and Evanton until you get to Ardullie roundabout , Take the third exit and head north again retracing the route all the way back to Kildary where you turn left onto the B817 and keep going to the finish just past Polnicol Hall.
