The sun was shining this Sunday as Mike, Ian, David and Roger headed out of Alness and up past the golf course and through Ardross onto the Struie . After a rattle over the cattlegrid at Strathrusdale it was on up the hill and along past the Aultnamian and onto the viewpoint. David showed a better steamlining postion (more like more body weight) to take the lead on the way down the viewpoint only for Mike to leave the braking late and overtake him on the inside of the corner to lead over the bridge and down into Mid Fearn. From here it was on into Ardgay and across to Bonarbridge and on through Spinningdale and Clashmore . Over the Dornoch bridge and up into Tain , they then headed onto the Scotsburn road and back along to Alness. Total distance 50miles in sunshine.
