Six riders met in the car park behind Alness High Street for the CFCC Sunday club run this week. Leaving Alness they headed into Evanton and along the back road to Dingwall, and then they headed through Conon and onto Muir of Ord. The six riders then turned right out of the Muir and headed along to Marybank and back up onto the Brahan road. Once they turned into Kinnahaird Farm this gave Mike and Declan the chance to show off their hill climbing prowess leaving the other four riders spread all over the hill up to Strathpeffer. The six regrouped at the top of the hill and rode into Strath for a well earned coffee at the old railway station. Leaving Strath it was a blast along the road to Dingwall and another climb back up onto the back road home through Evanton. Total Distance 39miles.
