The rescheduled Midsummer 25tt took place on Wednesday 23th July. After the last one being stopped due to a car crash at the Skiach junction this time riders set off in light fog that was coming in off the firth for the first mile with a good tailwind helping on the way out to the turn at Ardullie roundabout ,Then a stiff headwind made going tough on the way back to the finish. Nigel Levett was the fastest CFCC rider on the night going under the hour again in 59:52mins ( but on a north course this time). CFCC riders time were :
