Cromarty Firth Cycling Club hosted the Iain Longbotham Memorial 25tt on Sunday 24^th August. On a chilly morning 29 riders took to the A9 course, conditions looked good at the start area although it was chilly but once out on the course riders reported a bit of a headwind on the way out to the turn at Ardullie roundabout. The fastest rider on the day and winner of the Iain Longbotham Memorial trophy was Tony Hay (Highland Bikes) in a time of 54.47mins, 2^nd was Callum Finlayson (Moray Firth CC) in a time of 56.24mins and Andy Cowie (Highland Bikes) in 3^rd with a time of 56.47mins.

CFCC had two riders competing and Scott Macdonald was the fastest on the day finishing in a time of 1:06:57 with Alan Cook finishing in 1:08:46.
