Scott, Alan and David made the journey up to Thurso on Saturday 2nd May to take part in the Caithness 25 tt. Riders faced a stiff headwind on the Way out through Watten to the turn but the return leg was fast aided by the tailwind. Peter Ettles of Sandy Wallace Cycles was the fastest rider on the day finishing the 25 miles in a time of 56.34mins.

David Stuart was the fastest CFCC rider in a time of 1.03.36 to finish 5th overall, with Scott Macdonald next in 1.07.11 in 11th overall and Alan Cook finished 17th with a time of 1.13.25.
